How I Inspect Hard to Reach Areas
Not all chimneys and roof details are safely accessible. When conditions allow, I use drone imaging to improve visibility of chimney caps, crowns, flashing, and other upper-roof details on steep or multi-storey homes. Photos, and video when helpful, are included in your report to support documentation.
